Date of Event: November 14th 2009
Time of Event: 10am-9pm (3x 500 point rounds, 2x 750 point rounds)
Location: Gamers World in Montreal (Or other nearby location depending on numbers).
Format: Swiss system (players matched by point rankings in each round)
Points levels: Players will require 2x 500 point lists and 2x 750 point lists.
Awards: Warlord (best overall), Strategist (Most wins by scenario),
Award prizes: TBD.
Scenarios: Any Call To Arms scenario from the 2009 season may be used.
Advantages: Will not be used.
Global effects: May be used (TO discretion)
Game lengths: 6 rounds: 500 points = 1 hour 20 minutes, 750 points = 2 hours.
Cost: $15/player with pre-registration, $20 on day of event.
Notes: Players will require two copies of all lists (one for the TO, one for play) made on Armies of Immoren or tabletop commander army builder software.
